Hoboken, N.J., Dec. 1, 2012 --  AmeriCorps HOOPA Tribal Civilian Community Corpsl(TCCC) team members Cesar Flores(left- Team Lead) and Chester McCloud(right) meet with other AmeriCorps members from Minnesota and St. Louis before their door to door neighborhood contacts as part of AmeriCorps outreach to find Hurricane Sandy survivors who may need help.
